Generate Reports
Create detailed reports and analytics from your time tracking data
Overview
Access detailed analytics and reports in the Web Dashboard. View team performance, project time breakdown, and export data for further analysis.
Accessing Reports
- Navigate to Dashboard → Reports
- View key metrics in the stats cards at the top
- Apply filters to customize your view
- Review charts and performance tables
Key Metrics
The Reports page displays four key statistics:
Total Hours
Total time tracked in selected period
Team Members
Number of active team members
Projects Active
Currently active projects
Avg Daily Hours
Average hours per day
Date Range Filter
Select a time period from the dropdown:
• Today
• Yesterday
• This Week
• Last Week
• This Month
• Last Month
• This Quarter
• Custom Range
Custom Date Range
When you select "Custom Range" from the date filter dropdown, a date picker appears:
From Date
Select the start date for your report
To Date
Select the end date for your report
Apply Button
Click to load data for the selected date range
Project Filter
Filter reports by specific projects:
Use the project dropdown to view data for all projects or filter by a specific project. This helps you analyze time spent on individual projects.
Time by Project
View a breakdown of time tracked across all projects with visual progress bars:
• Project name and total hours
• Percentage of total time
• Color-coded progress bars
Weekly Time Trend
A bar chart displays weekly time trends showing hours tracked per week. This helps identify productivity patterns and workload distribution.
Team Member Performance
A detailed table shows individual team member statistics:

Export & Generate Reports
Two buttons are available at the top of the Reports page:
Generate Report
Creates a formatted report based on current filters and date range
Export
Downloads report data for offline analysis or record-keeping
