Managing Projects
Organize your work with projects and track time efficiently
Admin Feature - Web Application
Project management is done by administrators in the Web Application, not in the desktop app. Regular users receive projects assigned to them and can track time to those projects.
🌐 Web App (Admins): Create, edit, manage projects and assign team members
🖥️ Desktop App (Users): Select project and track time
What are Projects?
Projects help you organize and categorize your team's time tracking. Each project can represent a client, a specific task, or a work initiative. Administrators create projects in the web dashboard, and team members track time to those projects using the desktop application.
Tip: Create separate projects for different clients or major work streams for better time organization and reporting.

- •Use clear naming conventions for easy identification (e.g., "Client Name - Project Type")
- •Set budgets at project start to track progress and avoid overruns
- •Archive completed projects regularly to keep your workspace organized
- •Review project reports monthly to identify trends and optimize time allocation
- •Use color coding to visually organize projects by client, priority, or type
