Screenshot Settings
Configure how and when screenshots are captured
Overview
Screenshot settings are configured in the Desktop Application by each user. Administrators can view captured screenshots in the web dashboard.
Capture Frequency
Standard Mode
Screenshots captured every 2 minutes during active tracking
Burst Mode
More frequent captures for detailed monitoring (configurable interval)
How to Configure
- Open the VSWork Desktop Application
- Click the Settings icon
- Navigate to Screenshot Settings
- Adjust frequency and quality options
- Click Save to apply changes
🔒 Privacy & Security
All screenshots are encrypted during transfer and storage. Only authorized team members can view them. Users can blur sensitive content or pause screenshot capture when needed.
